Sarah Ciccarello is a sales and commercial leader with over 30 years of creating growth, crafting strategies, and building talented teams for market leading brands at Clif Bar & Company, Quaker Oats, Pepsico, and PowerBar.  She has expertise in enhancing organization competencies in revenue growth management, sales organization design, channel prioritization, broker management, cross-functional collaboration, talent management, account planning, and sales execution.  During her final three years at Clif Bar, she guided the sales team through a global pandemic, an enterprise restructure, global supply chain issues, and an acquisition, while delivering record net sales and profit results. She is committed to creating inclusive company cultures through teamwork, listening, and fun.
